Questions to work through before your next flip.

What does fix-and-flip financing cover?

Fix-and-flip financing is generally short-term financing for an investment property’s purchase and renovation. The purchase funding and renovation funding should be discussed separately when reviewing a proposed loan.

How much cash should I plan to contribute?

Bring your available cash figure along with the purchase price and renovation estimate. Ask for a breakdown of your contribution, closing costs, and any reserves before deciding whether the project fits your budget.

What if this is my first project?

Tell Peter whether this is your first flip or you have completed prior projects. Your experience, renovation plan, and available capital belong in the initial review; that conversation is not an approval.

What should we clarify before closing?

Discuss how renovation funds will be released, what documents and property reviews are required, and whether the proposed timeline fits your contract. Also consider your plan if renovations or the sale take longer than expected.

Request a callback or book a time.

Send a few details using the form to request a callback from Peter about your financing needs. This starts a conversation; it does not reserve an appointment. Prefer a scheduled time? Book a free 30-minute call below.
