Before you reach out

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Start with the question that brought you here.

Is MyFundingPro a direct lender?

No. MyFundingPro helps you explore financing options and potential lending paths. Financing decisions, terms, and approvals are made by the applicable lender or funding provider.

What if my bank already said no?

Tell Peter why the request was declined, if you know. A bank decline is useful context for reviewing whether another funding path may fit. It does not mean another provider will necessarily approve the request.

Is booking a call a credit application?

No. Booking requests a conversation with Peter. He can explain any application, credit review, and documentation steps that may follow.

What should I have ready?

Start with your business or property, the amount you need, what the money is for, and your deadline. You don’t need to buy reports or assemble a complete file before calling.

After discovery, we’ll explain what is needed. For business funding, that often includes personal credit reports and scores, business credit, and the latest three months of business bank statements. Existing reports may be enough to begin.

How quickly could I get funding?

If you’re facing a time-sensitive business need or property closing, tell Peter immediately. We can move quickly to assess the situation, identify potential options, and coordinate the next steps.

Some qualifying business funding can be completed in as little as 48–72 hours, depending on approval, complete documentation, and bank processing. Property financing has its own lender, valuation, and title requirements. We’ll be direct about what may be achievable within your timeframe.

What does it cost to work with MyFundingPro?

The first 30-minute conversation is free, with no obligation. Any further engagement is tailored to your situation.

Depending on the work involved, fees may include a fixed engagement fee, preparation or audit work, a percentage of funding obtained, or a combination. We’ll explain the proposed services and fees before you decide whether to proceed.

Can we talk if I’m not sure my business will qualify?

Yes. We’re happy to review your business and situation. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll try to point you toward someone who may be able to help.

What happens after our first conversation?

You’ll leave with a candid initial assessment of what looks promising, what could stand in the way, and what information or preparation we’d need next. We’ll discuss steps that may improve the application or available terms. If there appears to be a realistic path forward, we’ll explain the approach and anticipated fees.
