What is bringing you here?

My bank said no.

Tell Peter why your bank declined the request. We’ll look at whether another funding path may fit.

I need working capital.

Business funding options we focus on.

Unsecured business loans

A set amount for a defined business need, repaid on an agreed schedule. Compare the total cost and payment amount with the benefit to your business.

Unsecured business lines of credit

Access funds as needed within an approved limit. Useful to discuss for recurring cash-flow needs; draw costs and repayment terms vary.

Revenue-based financing

Funding assessed around your business’s revenue and cash flow. Compare the payment structure, total cost, and effect on operating cash before proceeding.

Business credit card funding

An option for eligible owners funding suitable business expenses. Plan how to repay the balance, including after any promotional terms end.

HOW IT WORKS

Need a different type of financing?

Ask Peter about equipment financing for a purchase or upgrade, or SBA options for a business purchase or expansion. For a rental property or renovation project, explore our investor financing pages.

Before you request funding.

How do these funding structures differ?

An unsecured loan is not backed by pledged collateral, but may still require a personal guarantee. Revenue-based financing is a separate structure and should not automatically be treated as an unsecured loan. Review the actual agreement, including any guarantees, liens, and repayment terms.

What if I need money quickly?

Tell Peter your deadline first. Timing depends on the funding program, documentation, and approval process.

Is the first conversation an application?

No. The form and calendar request a conversation. Peter can explain any application, credit review, and documentation steps that follow.
